2nd International Columbia Coaching ConferenceREGISTER NOW
The 2016 Biannual International Columbia Coaching Conference will bring together a community of scholar-practitioner coaches, researchers, scholars, graduate students and others who operate in the broader spaces of strategic talent development. Our 2016 conference theme is timely, given the leaders we serve are called upon to effectively navigate a 21st century workspace, increasingly characterized as a VUCA world (i.e., volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous!) The conference will focus on ways executive and organizational coaching can leverage its multi-disciplinary nature (i.e., bridges), while expanding its reach beyond individuals—attending to the intentional integration of coaching with other learning, change, development, growth and performance processes, in and for, organizations.
The CCLA serves as a community of practice for Columbia Coaching Program graduates (Core Members) as well as scholars, practitioners, researchers, talent management professionals and others (Associate Members) who are interested in the study and practice of executive and organizational coaching. We are committed to Columbia’s Coaching Foundations and our core belief that coaching enhances both organizational performance and human potential. Through CCLA’s mission, vision, and governance we: leverage thought leadership by convening conferences; enable our members to conduct and share research and best practices; develop and offer advanced learning opportunities; and facilitate forums for networking and coaching opportunities.
