Felipe is a partner at Artisan Consultoria, a Brazilian organizational consulting boutique specialized in change management, business alignment, and executive development. Artisan promotes strategic reflection on the challenges of dealing with change, while supporting individuals and teams during execution.

Felipe’s executive experience encompasses the fields of planning, marketing, finance and human resources in large Brazilian and multinational companies. His coaching experience involves leadership development, executive, individual and team performance. Felipe has been consulting with companies in a range of industries, including FMCGs, Banking, Mining, Media, Healthcare and Engineering & Construction.

He has multiple assessment qualifications and experience. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and has an advanced level in French. He holds a masters degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from HEC-Paris & University of Oxford, a Masters in Business Administration from COPPEAD/Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a BA in Business Administration – Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He is a professional certified coach (PCC) by Columbia University.


Operational and Ethical Issues in Coaching: A Case Study
This article presents the operational and ethical issues when integrating consulting and coaching to support organizational change. It describes a process that integrates consulting, individual & team coaching, and training to support individuals and teams in a department of the largest multichannel cable and satellite TV service in Latin America, a group of 140 people, and the dilemmas faced by playing the multiples roles of consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator.
