Sharon is an Executive Coach, Mentor and Strategic Advisor to successful leaders drawing on over 25 years of experience as an investor, board member, financial advisor and executive. Sharon is also an active investor in early stage companies in a variety of industries where she often assumes board or senior management responsibilities. Previously, Sharon held positions in the Corporate Finance Departments of Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and real estate.
Sharon works with highly successful executives and entrepreneurs and their teams whose companies range from early stage to fortune 100 where her focus is to assist them to navigate critical junctures in business development, achieve personal and professional transitions and improve management and leadership skills.
Sharon holds an MBA from Cornell University, a BS from the University of Southern California and completed Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program. She is a Member of the Advisory Council of the Entrepreneurship@Cornell Program, and a frequent guest lecturer at the Dyson School. Sharon is also part of the coaching and facilitation team for Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program.
Sharon has been a competitive Triathlete since 1981, completing over 100 races. Until recently, she was also an avid equestrian, achieving the top amateur level of competitive show jumping. She lives in Connecticut with her husband/business partner.
