High-Impact Coaching: In an Era of Hybrid Intelligence

We are pleased to announce the 5th International Columbia Coaching Conference, themed “High-Impact Coaching: In an Era of Hybrid Intelligence,” taking place from October 15-17, 2025. In 2025, we return to our in-person, bi-annual event that brings together scholars, practitioners, and professionals from HR, L&D, and OD fields to explore cutting-edge research, innovative practices, and complex questions in executive and organizational coaching.

The conference will feature a diverse program, including paper presentations, experiential learning sessions, and coaching demonstrations, all aligned with our theme. Engage with peers, learn from experts, and contribute to the advancement of coaching practices in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In addition, the conference program will include keynote presentations from thought leaders and panel sessions focused on a range of emerging topics.

Join our learning community!

We are professional coaches, academics, researchers, coach educators, scholar-practitioners, and members of the broader talent development community.

Together we will discuss how we can encourage experimentation and new forms of learning that result from:

  1. bringing forth what is uniquely human about coaching (including the practice of executive and organizational coaching; coaching education and training; coaching supervision; and research);

  2. expanding our knowledge of, and capabilities around, AI tools and platforms; and

  3. exploring examples of hybrid intelligence-informed coaching that intentionally integrates human expertise and AI.

Earn CEUs and CCEs

As in the past, the conference will apply for both CEUs to be offered by Columbia University and CCEs approved by the ICF. More details to come.
